The highest care is taken when producing our goods with quality being our number one priority. We also take great pride in customer satisfaction, striving for excellence every step of the way. Public Holidays

We don’t deliver on Public Holidays – If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.

Delivery

*Please take care in providing correct delivery details!! –It makes for a smooth ride!

  • To guarantee same day delivery, we request that you place your order by 12noon .
  • If you would really love your flowers delivered on the same day but it is after 12noon, just give us a call and we will let you know if we are still able to deliver your blooms!
  • All flowers and gifts are delivered with utmost care.
  • Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing.
  • If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.
  • If the incorrect Delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a re-delivery fee!
  • If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund when incorrect delivery address details are provided we will provide you with a 75% refund for the cost of the flowers, Delivery fee will not be refunded as we must allow for the time taken to deliver and create your arrangement etc.
  • If your address is NEW… Please leave us instructions as we do rely on Google maps to find you!
  • Perth city delivery is only available Monday to Friday
  • Same day delivery… this is by 5pm unless specified so please let us know If you would like your flowers delivered by a certain time, We do endeavour to get all of our deliveries out and to their flower lovers promptly!.
  • If delivery is unavailable to an outer suburb you have selected on a certain day we will contact you asap! – and if required process a refund to your paypal/credit card

The Shop images

  • The images of flowers to order presented in “the shop” reflect a particular time and season.
  • Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons.
  • Please take the time to read our descriptions as some images are an example of what you may recieve as it is a “seasonal’ style choice!
  • We will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed, and colour selection you have chosen.

  • All selected arrangements are made with love and inclusive of a twisted tulip gift card, gift wrapping, and GST.

Purchase of Alcohol

TO PURCHASE ANY ALCOHOL ADD ON YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18YEARS AND THE RECEIVER MUST ALSO BE OVER THE AGE OF 18YEARS.

Goods Return Policy

  1. If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your goods or refund your money subject to the following
  2. Goods will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.
  3. The goods need to be returned back to twisted tulip within 48 hours the twisted tulip accepting the return of the goods,
  4. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned goods
